CANCELLATION POLICY
Policies: Appointments must be rescheduled 24 hours minimum in advance to avoid losing deposit. You can only reschedule with your deposit once. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. No exceptions. All no call/no shows will forfeit deposit. No exceptions. All appointment request via text, email or dm must be secured with deposit. Pre booked appointments will be charged deposit the Monday of the week of the scheduled appointment using the card on file.
